New "DESBASTADO" white wine

DEBASTADO; It is a new product and different from its predecessor Luis Alegre "Lías"

We have labeled it under the brand name DESBASTADO that will be the "umbrella" of the High Range Young Wines and elaborated under meticulous processes and under a precise selection of vineyards and grapes.

With 95% of Viura and 5% of Malvasia from two of our emblematic farms: Portiles planted in 1920 and La Reñana planted in 1945. The peculiarity of it´s that after fermentation, the wine remains with its lees for 5 months .

In this period a meticulous battonage is applied at least twice a week in order to achieve volume and structure.

Due to this process of intense aging on lees, its evolution potential extends until 3 years after its elaboration.
