Grape harvest. Manual.
Fermentation. Rosé is made by bleeding the red grape. 20 days in stainless steel tanks at low temperatures (14ºC) to maintain the aromas.
Vineyard information
Location: Selected vineyards in different areas of Rioja Alavesa.
Altitude: Between 350 - 600 meters.
Orientation: Variable.
Morphology: Broad hillsides between forests and plains along the Ebro.
Age of the vines: Average of 35 years.
Soil: Limestone with clay and sandstone incursions, with a clay loam texture and very little organic matter.
Climate: Oceanic Mediterranean, with continental and Atlantic influence.
Wine tasting
Beautiful shiny pale pink color.
High intensity. It is characterized by being very fruity and floral (white flowers), highlighting fresh fruit, particularly tropical and citrus fruit, alongside some nuances of red berries.
Well-balanced in acidity and fruit. Buttery with some volume.
Pairing



The perfect match for all types of rice dishes, white meat, Asian food, etc. Suitable as an aperitif or with appetizers. Pairs perfectly with a summer sunset. Very easy to drink and refreshing.
